AMAZON MISTAKES, THAT NEW SELLERS HAVE TO PAY AND AMAZON DON´T TAKE ACTION OR HELP WHEN THEY DO THE MISTAKE!!

I make this comment because the truth is I am upset with Amazon's actions. Last week I had a problem with the issue of the defective range in which a customer had complained that the product was not good and if we could send him another one. I immediately took action and told him that of course we were going to send him another one, in our company customer service is a fundamental point. The issue is that after trying, talking to support and doing everything possible, due to Amazon policies, the product could not be sent to the customer because when doing FBA, Amazon does not give you the information to be able to resend the product that the customer had ordered. in a bad comment he made about our product and rightly so.

what bothers me is that the customer requested a new product and gave the company an opportunity to correct the error, but Amazon does not allow it. We explained the situation to the customer and that he could ask for a refund or order a bed again because due to Amazon policies we could not send him the product again. Our brand works with the best materials and undergoes 2 quality controls because we want to offer the best product to the customer. And our reviews praise us, all customers are happy with their purchase and we are the product with the best rating in our niche. Obviously I appealed to the 2-star comment that the client had given me because it seemed unfair to me and Amazon instantly deleted it, agreeing with me. Once all this happened I thought everything worked out and it turns out that on Monday they blocked my account, they didn't tell me the reason but it was because of this defective product range (we are a new campaign and a problem with the few sales we have raises us a a lot of that range), obviously I appealed again and presented all the documents and it was reactivated again. And finally and most importantly, yesterday I entered my campaigns and it turns out that Amazon wanted to charge the amount of the campaigns. I don't understand why if what they charge you every 15 days or so is the total balance, which is the sales minus the fees. from amazon and advertising. This month I paid 200 dollars for advertising from 01/05/24 to 05/15/24 and from 05/16/2024 to the present where I spent 354 dollars in advertising, which is discounted in my sales. My total balance is 79 dollars and Amazon CANCELED ALL MY ADVERTISING because they wanted to charge I don't know why for some of the advertising and I have to pay 500 dollars that they never notified.

WHAT ANNOYS ME MOST IS THAT ONE IS A SMALL GROWING COMPANY, COMPLYING WITH ALL THE RULES AND INVESTING MORE THAN 1000 DOLLARS IN ADVERTISING. AND AMAZON WILL STOP YOU FOR THEIR ERRORS. All the buyer had to do was request a refund or replacement through Amazon. When you choose FBA, you lose that control.
