Cannot sell a brand from the manufacturer
discussion.greetings. I have the official authorization letter to sell a brand . I have the invoice. I even included the print screen of the bank transfer to buy products. But I keep on getting rejected without even a bit of consideration from Amazon to help me understand where the problem is. It should be a joke. This canadian brand has officially issued a letter on my company's name. Can it still be possible for Amazon to be a little bit more polite ? What's the need for me to create new cases or send messages every 10 minutes trying to understand what Amazon finally needs instead of just receiving the explanations of where the problems are...
