Credits not received by Amazon

We currently have six AtoZ guarantee claims in which Amazon initially funded the buyers. After we provided proof of delivery, we were informed that the claims had been reversed and that we would receive credits. However, it has been several weeks, and we still have not received these credits. Whenever we create a case regarding this issue, it gets transferred, and no one seems to be assisting us. Additionally, we have one pending chargeback claim for which we were told we would receive credit. It has now been over two months, and the case remains in "transferred" status with no updates.
