Delete Non-U.S. countries from your seller account?

Does anyone know how to delete countries from your seller account? I noticed my account shows that I am selling in Canada, Mexico, Japan, etc... I just want to sell in the U.S. Thank you

WARNING!!!! DO NOT ATTEMPT TO DELETE CANADA, MEXICO, OR BRAZIL!!!! DO NOT EVEN ASK AMAZON IF IT IS POSSIBLE!!!! AMAZON WILL RESPOND BY DELETING ALL OF YOUR ACCOUNTS, INCULDING US!!! (I don't know how Japan fits in; it's not part of the Unified Account; if you are getting separate charges there, that's something to work on).

Instead, place all of the unwanted marketplaces on Vacation mode, and make sure that you do not have any listings on those marketplaces. This should prevent any charges showing from those marketplaces, and instead all fees will come from your .com account.

BUT DO NOT ASK AMAZON TO DELETE OR REMOVE BRAZIL, CANADA, OR MEXICO!!!

(for one 7 figure seller, it's now been 9 months with no resolution; this is a real concern)

Hello @Seller_DZ7JZpEuafh9N,

Thank you for posting your inquiry into Forums. Looks like @Seller_nRFmxiQg4EGrw has provided some great guidance based off experience. I would also second her post as it would be best to zero out all inventory in each market and place them on vacation mode. If you can’t fulfill orders for any reason (family emergency, inclement weather, going on holiday or vacation, etc.), you can change your Listings Status to Inactive. This will remove your self-fulfilled listings from Amazon product detail pages and search results within one hour. When you are ready to sell again, you can change the status of your listings back to Active.

Please let me know if you have any additional questions or concerns.

Cheers,

Micah
