Why Isn’t My Newly Created Listing Eligible for the Featured Offer?

I created a new listing from scratch today, and for some reason, it's not eligible for the Featured Offer. The listing shows that I'm not eligible, even though it's priced competitively and should meet all the criteria.
Has anyone experienced this before? Do you know why a newly listed product might not be eligible for the Featured Offer? Any insights would be greatly appreciated!

There remains some other verification by Amazon. Allow them 24 hours. Possible scenarios:
- you have received an notification from Amazon. Check you emails / notifications section
- you will receive a notification
- your product will become eligible
