Issues After Reinstatement
Hi everyone,
I’m reaching out to see if anyone else has experienced similar issues with their Amazon seller account after reinstatement. My account was recently reactivated today, after being temporarily deactivated. I received an email from Amazon confirming that my account was reactivated, and that any funds in my account were now available.
However, since the reinstatement, I’ve encountered some serious problems. It seems like my account has been downgraded, and I’ve lost the seniority I had built up over the last two years. Additionally, I’m now unauthorized to sell the majority of my listings, both active and inactive, which wasn’t an issue before. Most of the brands I was previously approved to sell are now restricted, and I’m getting the Buy Box far less frequently.
I’m pretty sure this is a glitch or some kind of internal error on Amazon’s part. Has anyone else faced something like this? If so, how did you resolve it? Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Authorization to resell comes from the brands, not Amazon.
