Does account level reserve kick on when changing bank information?
I've been hesitant to change my bank account information because of the issues I've been hearing about when doing so, but I needed to change our accounts over for business purposes. I finally went ahead and did that this morning and noticed that my full disbursement amount is now displayed in account level reserve. Is this normal when adding a new bank account / deposit method?
I have no chargebacks or anything against my account, we do 90% FBA.

Are you seeing this on your end? I took a quick peek at your account and see that there is a payment pending as of today, 11/10/23, and am not seeing any money in your account level reserve any more.
Please do feel free to confirm this on your end by visiting the 'Payments' page and navigate to the 'Disbursements' tab.
