Take us for ... It is an FBA order. Amazon is responsible for the delivery. You cannot refund a product that do not deliver to the customer at my expense. Because it is my property until you pay me for it. It is not my problem, stop disposing of our property without consent or at least proofs that you should do it. I pay you really well to take care of this. Stop taking everything and gives nothing. It is a sale that do not gives me more than 50 cents. So, wake up Amazon.

Patience. It is a refund given to customer. Your order payment went into your deferred payments when it was shipped out. Now there is a deferred refund in there, and it'll get checked back into stock for resale once it arrives back at FBA and gets rechecked. Sales are done as a ledger and it's done like this so it all balances out. They don't pay you out until 1 week after delivery , so they didn't refund you at your expense yet.
