I am a new Amazon seller. So i would really appreciate your help/ advice. I have a pending registration trademark with USPTO. With the serial number i enrolled my brand in Amazon brand registry. I got a rejection email saying - "The brand registry application has been declined due to the below reasons. The trademark application submitted is identical or nearly identical to a brand already enrolled in Amazon’s store. To protect the shopping experience of our customers, we are currently limiting the number of brands with identical or highly similar names in our store. This decision cannot be reversed at this time. However, if you believe your brand is distinct from others, you may reapply once your trademark is actively registered. Please note additional verification may be required to demonstrate your brand offers a unique product selection, including a request for additional information and documents as evidence or to participate in a video verification. Please know that the application cannot re considered you will have to re apply for the brand registry from beginning."

My attorney did a thorough research and gave me clearance on brand name before i enrolled. I contacted seller support team to understand the issue, as per my search on amazon i was not able to find same/similar brand name and they are not disclosing the brand name so i can not understand the issue, the product category i am selling doesn't have my brand name and nor do i see any same name BRAND on amazon for any other products. My stock was in production with the brand name and i had to stop it in between. Is there a way to check which brand names will work and which will not for brand registry?

I am not able to figure out the solution in my situation- I cant use my brand name on my products due to conflict, 1) If i reapply for brand registry now with pending trademark, are there chances that it will get approved since my brand offers different products? 2) how can i check brand names already existing in amazon if i had to file another trademark (which will cost me more) and 3) If i reapply even after active registration from USPTO, is there a confirmation that i will be approved for brand registry at amazon? Any recommendations/ advice will be helpful on how to navigate this challenge.
