You'll need to explain exactly when, how and why the linkage occurred. The more specific you can be the better. Any supporting documentation showing your business is separate from the one you're linked wth should also be presented.

Hello @Seller_BjQFsh3ODfzRj,
Thank you for utilizing the seller forums. I hope all is well.
As you have mentioned, I understand that you account is deactivated due to a linked account.
Per our amazon's multiple account policy, you can have one account per seller per region unless you have a legitimate business need for opening a second account. Even when permitted to have multiple selling accounts all must remain in good standing at all times. For any reason, if one account does become deactivated then all remaining and linked stores will become deactivated and remain so until the root of the issue is resolved.
Typically, these situation can occur due to a direct connection such personal or business information or details. Other situations can occur due to an indirect connection such as hiring a third party to help manage or run the account.
Is the other account in good standing? If not, you will need to have the owner of the other account reinstate their account. Once they have reinstated their account, go to your account and submit an appeal stating that the other account has been reinstated.
Another way to reinstate your account is to show proof that you do not own the other account, or the accounts are not linked anymore.
Was the person who helped you create a removal order a friend or a family or someone you have hired? If it is someone you have hired, you may submit a contract and termination letter and proof of payment such as a bank statement or a credit card statement.
Thank you @Seller_LImVvUWeyiCfQ for you input as well.
