Account Deactivated for ASIN B00N3ZYM5S – Never Sold the Item, Only Listed Briefly
Hello fellow sellers and Amazon team,
My Amazon.ca selling account has recently been deactivated due to an authenticity concern related to ASIN B00N3ZYM5S.
Here is what happened:
This ASIN was briefly listed in my inventory, but I never sold, shipped, or received any orders for it.
As soon as I received the violation notice, I immediately removed the listing.
I submitted a screenshot showing there were no transactions involving this ASIN for more than a year prior to the notification.
I also provided a valid invoice for a different product I actually sold (ASIN B0BW45BSZX), which I purchased directly from Amazon.com (not a third-party supplier).
Unfortunately, since I never sourced or sold B00N3ZYM5S, I do not have a supplier invoice for it — and the Account Health team rejected my appeal stating the invoices could not be verified.
I fully comply with Amazon’s Anti-Counterfeiting Policy, and all my inventory is sourced through legitimate, trusted channels (primarily Amazon.com). I’ve never sold anything unauthorized or counterfeit.
I would really appreciate any feedback, advice, or similar experiences from the community or Seller Support on how to proceed further to resolve this situation. Thank you for your time and support!
