AMAZON ERROR- Amazon changed FNSKU Labels for no reason and now FBA is sending the wrong product to customers
I sent a shipment with two FNSKU's to Amazon and the people at the OKC2 Fulfilment Center decided to cover up my FNSKU labels with the opposite labeling, and now my customers are receiving the wrong asins. I am getting returns and some bad reviews as a result.
I have had this partially fixed and unfixed and then fixed again and this has been going on for two months.
Seller support is not very supportive

Howdy @Seller_MKckWbyZwWFe8- sorry to hear you are facing some labeling issues. I wanted to make sure you had this page on Bin Checks handy, as a good next step for reviewing the inventory at the Fulfillment center.
If you believe this labeling issue resulted in lost inventory, you might also consider submitting a FC Operations FBA Reimbursement claim.
Finally and just in case, here are the instructions for removing inventory from FCs, if that becomes necessary, or the best option for your specific case.
