Disbursement cancelled
Hello, I have been selling for a few years with no issue. My account is in good health. I made no changes to banking and my credit card is active. For some reason my latest disbursement was cancelled after i requested it, and now i am unable to request any more. There is quite a bit in reserve, and it says my next payment date will be $0. I have called support and case 15715174531 was transferred to the payments team but i haven't heard anything back. Any calls to support just say they have transferred the case. Amazon moderators, can you please help!

I am having the same issue, can this be looked into? Account under review but account health is fine, cards are up to date, orders and sales are all normal.

I understand about the situation you are experiencing with your disbursement. Although I cannot confirm the reason behind the disbursement you attempted being canceled, I can confirm that a transfer was initiated to your bank account on 2024-08-07, and this process usually takes within 3-5 business days to appear in your bank account. You can check the details of this disbursement that was initiated yesterday, on your Payments on your account, under Disbursements tab, and click on the right side "View Summary" button.
In addition, I can see that you no longer have the funds on reserve, which means that the issue is probably fixed by now, however, please wait until the expected time to receive the payment on your bank account has passed to confirm that the issue was fixed. If you still need support after that, you can let me know here and I can take a look further.
