We take OTDR performance into account when determining which Transit Times you are eligible to offer. Setting faster Transit Times can potentially improve your conversion rates by allowing you to promise quicker delivery.

What is the desired target for On-Time Delivery Rate?

While we recommend maintaining an OTDR above 97% to provide a good customer experience, there are currently no penalties for failing to meet this performance target.
