Credit Card Invalid and problem with account reactivating

Hello dear Amazon Community.

I am will be grateful if you can help me with your advices. I am new amazon seller and my product has not started selling yet. The problem is that about 10 days ago Amazon deactivated my account due to the fact that my credit card invalid. During this period i tried to add many different credit cards. There is no problem with cards, with addresses, they have the required amount of funds, my cards meets all requirement of amazon, but every time i get message that amazon is unable to verify my cards. Many times i had online chats, calls with amazon team, but we cannot solve this issue. i get mail from them and they advise me "Upon checking on this, before you can fix the issue with the invalid credit card issue, you need to complete first your Seller Identity Verification (SIV) process and provide additional documentation to verify their identity."

But i cannot start the SIV process, because all link sends me to credit card verifying process. It turns out to be a vicious circle. I understand that problem with card concerns amazon.com, because listings for amazon.ca and amazon.com.mx are available.

Thank you in advance.

CR here again and wanted to add the below in case this helps for your situation as well.

This is a very common issue among new sellers when signing up with Amazon. Amazon requires a real credit card, so not a debit or pre-paid card. Your financial institution may only allow your credit card to be used in certain countries. As a result, you may see the same credit card being honored by Amazon in some of our stores, but not in others. When you register in Amazon as a seller, it is necessary to enter an internationally chargeable credit card with a valid billing address located in an eligible country. You may wish to reach out to your financial institution to determine the countries your card is eligible to be used in.

Note: We do not accept alternative charge methods, such as prepaid credit cards, gift certificates, checks, or online payment systems like PayPal.

Accepted credit cards

We accept the following credit cards:

  • American Express
  • Diners Club
  • Discover
  • JCB
  • MasterCard
  • Visa

Also note to make sure the buyer side is also updated. Please let me know if you have additional questions. Here to help.
