Amazon Automatically Approved A-Z Claim Even The Item Was Delivered.
I got everything from the Canada Post, tracking history, and a image of buyer's signature to prove the item was delivered, but Amazon declined my appeal and I got a defect. What else can I do to save myself? It's the first time I got this issue at Amazon, Amazon used to make a correct decision according to the proof of delivery. What’s happening to Amazon?

If you have irrefutable proof that the order showed up on time within the delivery date estimate, and the signature matches the name on the order, then it's time to email jeff and the executive seller relations team.

What was the value of the item?
When you said Amazon "automatically" approved, what do you mean? Did you not receive notification that A-to-z claim was opened? How long did it take for Amazon to approve A-to-z claim after you received notification?
Did buyer contact you prior to opening A-to-z claim? Did you respond to Buyer?

This is very sad, I feel your pain. I sell furniture and its rough out there. The customers already figured out a loop hole to receive free goods at the sellers expensive. All they have to do is say they didn't receive or that the item does not work. I recently shipped out a $2000 sofa, I always get shipping companies to take photos of the skid being offloaded and get a POD signed. Proof of delivery. Customer claims they didn't receive the goods, all lies. I opened up a case 3 weeks ago and still looking for it to be resolved. I am so deflated and lost my confidence on selling on Amazon because they don't have my back even with all the proof I have. This also happens constantly with my smaller products as well, just a very sad situation.

If that's not his signature, and Canada post let someone else pick up the package, then you put through an insurance claim for non delivery from Canada post, and they will do a postal investigation with the buyer. Then the buyer has to tell Canada post they didn't get it, and you get refunded the cost of your postage and the insured value of the item.

1. Never send with Canada post to their house, always have them pick up at post office because they have to show ID and it deters them from claiming they did not get it.
2. Switch to FBA and avoid these types of scammers

Hi, @Seller_ticbYrJSpB8vR
This is Sunnie, from Amazon.
I understand the buyer submitted an A-to-Z Claim and was automatically refunded. Keep in mind, you have up to 30 calendar days to appeal the decision, provide new information, and request further investigation.

The exact same thing happened to me.
I had confirmed delivery with signature and tracking history. Amazon issued a full refund to the customer even though I showed all supporting evidence that the item was delivered, and delivered on time. The customer claimed the item was never delivered. I tried to appeal their decision I created cases and still nothing from Amazon. I just gave up.
Good luck with your case,
Rich
