Negative feedback removal for FBA order
Hello,
Our Feedback manager screen does not allow us to submit a request removal for any negative feedback. We received negative feedback for an FBA order. This should immediately be struck through with Amazon taking responsibility for that order. However, it remains on our feedback screen and we CANNOT request a removal. We have opened several cases (17940739251, 17898100481) attempting to have our feedback manager screen fixed so we can submit a request for removal, but amazon seller support keeps telling us to submit the removal request without addressing the issue that we CAN'T submit one.

Thank you for posting here at the forums.
Totally understand your frustration. Lets change the approach, please open a case but this time just focus on your Feedback Manager not working properly rather than bringing up the specific Seller Feedback you are questioning.
Once you have submitted the case please share here. I would like to monitor the case.
