You do not need help because there is nothing to resolve. the person who you sent the free product to, can say whatever they want, and it is there to stay. That simply tells real potential buyers that you are not using packing that is good enough to stand up to the handling by the shipper.
Now if the buyer is telling a lie, that is ok too with Amazon.
