Amazon stealing my money again!
@CR_Amazon When is Amazon going to get their act together and stop stealing from sellers! Customer provides incorrect address so item is sent back, customer service contacts us and asks us to ship it to a different address which we do, tracking shows item delivered to new address, customer claims they did not receive item and opens A to Z case, Amazon refunds because "original tracking" shows item was returned to us. What kind of BS is Amazon pulling? Sick and tired of being abused by Amazon and the idiots that run the place.

Amazon didn't steal from you; the scammer did.
Customer Service takes a call from customers, and merely passes along what the customer states.
You should have issued a refund for the first order, and told the customer to re-order with the correct address.

Hello @Seller_BiRI0InYzKxdC
Thank you for posting your inquiry to the Forums.
If Amazon grants a Claim in favor of a customer, you have 30 days to appeal and request a further investigation. Based on the results of the appeals investigation, Amazon will make a decision on whether to reverse the initial decision and reimburse you for the Claim incurred.
I have included some help pages below that detail the A-Z Claims process for your reference if needed:
- Amazon’s A-to-z Guarantee claims
- Appeal an A-to-z Guarantee claim
- How to respond to an A-to-z Guarantee claim
- Prevent an A-to-z Guarantee claim
Please feel free to provide the related order ID to this thread if you need additional assistance and I can review the correspondence already provided.

Did you read what I posted?
If Customer Service contacts you, they just pass along what the customer told them. You do not have to follow their instructions; they are CUSTOMER service, not SELLER service.
Yes, they should not simply repeat what a customer tells them to say; but bottom line, it's the scamming customer ripping you off.
Policy is you NEVER ship to an address other than the one provided in the order. You ALWAYS have a customer re-order with the proper address.
