I would like to request that the negative feedback left by the customer for the order number [702-9696419-9943466] be removed.

The customer stated that they only purchased 1 item, but when they placed the order, the item was listed as a 6-pack on Amazon. I completed the order by sending all 6 items. We do not know if my customer will be seeking a full refund of the item price after purchasing the item. In order to ensure customer satisfaction, I immediately made a full refund when I learned of the situation. I took full responsibility in this process and took the necessary steps to resolve the customer's complaint.

This incident does not reflect the quality of the service I provide. Therefore, I kindly request that you take the necessary action to remove the relevant feedback.
