In shipment missing all items of 1 box (fulfillment center YHM1)
I have problem with fulfillment center (YHM1). An entire box with 37 items was lost by this fulfillment center. All these items were in one box, which was received by the fulfillment center (YHM1) on Sep 06, 2024. (shipment FBA18D4WCWHJ). According to the Inventory Ledger, these items were received by the YHM1 fulfillment center on Sep 06, 2024 in full. I have created an investigative case (16004362961), provided the invoice and information from the Inventory Ledger as proof that the fulfillment center received these items. The support team replied that they have no record of the fulfillment center receiving these items. I repeatedly sent them the Inventory Ledger and wrote that this was not true. The support team wrote to me again that they had no record of the fulfillment center receiving these items. I have the impression that the support team does not pay attention to my case at all and does not even check the information about the receipt of items by the fulfillment center, even when I provide them with records from the Iventory Ladger. Please help me with this, I have all the proof that the fulfillment center received my products.

I too have a shipment sitting outside of YHM1 that is not progressing through receiving. 14 boxes each containing 12 pieces of product. This is the only distribution centre where this same problem exists for multiple sellers.
Amazon should seriously get to the bottom of what is wrong at YHM1. A LOT of product is going missing there and it smells bad!
