Shipments getting stuck in delivered status

I have several shipments that are stuck in delivered status and the reconcile date keeps being pushed into the future.

When I approached seller support about the issue, they just keep repeating that I should refer to the new reconcile date. But it has been 3 months since those shipments have been delivered. Is Amazon ever going to take some responsibility about this? Please, share your experiences.

If it was one or two shipments, I'd just brush it off as something that will eventually get resolved. But 5 out of the last 60 shipments are in the limbo this way, which is a percentage I can't just ignore.

Since it's been 3 months, try opening a case (don't do a phone call) and ask for reimbursement for lost items -- since it was delivered more than 90 days ago, it must be lost. You'll probably get the run-around again, but it *may* somehow push receiving forward.

Hello @Seller_rz45ZTn9bn42t I understand that it can be frustrating when there are delays in shipments being received and items being made available for sale.

What to do if you have a lost or delayed FBA Shipment

TaylorR from our team has put together the above guide for what sellers can do to reconcile and request reimbursement for lost or delayed inbound shipments, including how you can request investigation and reconcile your shipment.

It includes details on how to use the shipment events tab to follow along with updates on your shipment’s journey, from creation to being added to your inventory.

If your shipment is still delayed and your reconciliation request was not successful, you can post a Case ID and I will ask our partner team to review it and determine if there are any additional steps you can take to escalate your dispute.
