Hello @Seller_ZltTunCIbLVkS,

I understand your frustration with not being able to list products from the brand you were approved for. It can be incredibly frustrating to go through the approval process only to encounter issues when trying to list the products.

Based on your message, it seems there may have been a miscommunication or technical issue with your brand approval. While you received approval initially, the Amazon support team is now indicating that you are not approved for that brand or the specific ASIN you attempted to list.

Here are a few suggestions that may help resolve this situation:

Double-check your approval email or notification: Carefully review the brand approval email or notification you received to ensure that you were indeed approved for the specific brand you're trying to list. Sometimes, approvals can be granted for a subset of a brand's catalog or for specific product categories.

Review the Brand Gating requirements: Each brand has specific requirements for approval, such as providing invoices, product authenticity letters, or other documentation. Double-check the requirements for the brand in question to ensure you've met all the necessary criteria.

Check for any temporary restrictions: Occasionally, brands may temporarily restrict new sellers from listing their products due to various reasons, such as inventory management or policy changes. This could explain why you're unable to list the products, even after receiving approval.

Consider reapplying for approval: If all else fails, you may need to reapply for brand approval, following the latest requirements and guidelines provided by Amazon.

Here are a few relevant help pages that may provide additional guidance:

Applying for Brand Approval

Listing Restrictions

I hope these suggestions and resources help you resolve the issue and get your products listed successfully. If you continue to face challenges, don't hesitate to reach out to the Seller Support team again or seek assistance from the seller community forums.
