A to Z Claims Denied for item not received, used Amazon Buy Shipping...

I recently had 3 A to Z claims decided in the buyers favor, and my appeals denied. All orders were shipped on time and postage was purchased through Amazon's Buy Shipping. Tried opening cases with seller support after the appeals were denied, and they were transferred. The appeals were denied again, and there is no option to reply. Is there a moderator or someone higher up that we can tag or maybe they'll see this post?

Once a Claim is granted to the customer and your account has been debited, you have 30 calendar days to submit an appeal if an A-to-z Guarantee Claim has been granted in favor of the customer. This is your opportunity to provide new information for our investigation to dispute the decision.

To appeal a claim:

  1. From the Performance menu, select A-to-z Guarantee Claims.
  2. Click the Option to Appeal tab, find the relevant Claim and select Appeal decision.
  3. Enter your comments in the text box and include any information that may help us better understand the Claim and your position on why the original decision was incorrect.

Note: The text box does not support attachments. If you must attach any documents, use Buyer-Seller Messages to attach documents and send them to the customer. State in your A-to-z Guarantee Claim response that you have attached documents (such as a POD) in Buyer-Seller Messages.

4. Select Submit.

Once you've submitted an appeal, we'll review the information you provided. If we determine that additional information is required after you submit the appeal, we'll contact you via email. You must respond to any information request within 72 hours. For more information on responding to Claim notifications, go to Respond to an A-to-z Guarantee Claim.

Given that you've already completed the steps outlined above, I advise reaching out to Seller Support once again. Please let them know that the case they transferred to the claim team has been denied and request alternative options for resolving your case.

Did the carrier scan all 3 packages on the day you purchased the shipping labels? And did they happen to all deliver on-time as well?
