Shipment has been delivered but status is not updated！
My carrier delivered my shipment to the Amazon warehouse on 9.4. And provided me with a proof of signature from the Amazon warehouse. But as of today, the status of the shipment is still showing in transit. I contacted customer service, but customer service said it is not possible to check. How much longer will it take for Amazon warehouse to start processing my shipment. Will the shipment be lost?

You are obviously a new seller because you call seller support "customer service". You are not a customer but a seller.
Your situationis very normal, don't worry. It is very normal that you will see the shipment "Delivered" in your shipping plan 7-10 days after the real delivery.
