Payout said it deposited one amount but amount put in account is different

Hello. I just received my first payout from amazon on May 14 - it was a small amount (33$) I just checked my business checking account and only .01 was deposited. I have more payouts pending now that are a greater amount. What is up with this?!?!?

Hello @Seller_BiXJcySX7ZA0m,

Thank you for reaching out. It is a normal part of selling on Amazon to see funds in the Account level reserve section of the Statement View tab on your Payments report. It’s the amount of money that is reserved to ensure that you have enough funds to fulfill any financial obligations, such as refunds, claims, or chargebacks.

Have you checked the transaction view page reports? The Transaction View page displays the account transactions within a statement period, up until the prior day's close. A transaction can be an order, a refund, or an Amazon-initiated charge or credit.

Looking forward to your response.

Cheers,

Micah
