Deactivation of seller account due to multiple accounts
my account has been suspended due to multiple accounts, i have checked my other deactivated account i.e brazil, usa, canada, australia and mexico. but i didn't find them deactivated due to any other reason except multiple accounts issue, please let me know why and which account is deactivated so i can resolve the issue.
Also i never received any mail or any notification on perfomance notification tab, now after deactivation of account it says that Your account will be considered for reactivation once the policy violations have been successfully appealed. it will be deactivated if requested information is not received within 19days.
also my account was showing identity verification and when i clicked on identity verification it brings me to italy account. and now i have also submitted identity documents.
don't know what's going on. please help

As you have mentioned, I see that you account has been suspended due to being linked to another account. For the seller forums community and I to better assist, I would like to ask you a couple of questions and share resources for you to utilize.
Per our amazon's multiple account policy, you can have one account per seller per region unless you have a legitimate business need for opening a second account. Even when permitted to have multiple selling accounts all must remain in good standing at all times. For any reason, if one account does become deactivated then all remaining and linked stores will become deactivated and remain so until the root of the issue is resolved.
Typically, these situation can occur due to a direct connection such personal or business information or details. Other situations can occur due to an indirect connection such as hiring a third party to help manage or run the account. Have you shared any information or has anybody had access to your account? Do you recognize the other account that is linked to your account? Is the other account deactivated?
Have you received a performance notification or a case log containing information about the other account? Please provide insight and information about your account. If you have received a performance notification or a case log, attach it to the post and make sure to remove any personal information.
There are multiple ways to reinstate your account.
- Reinstate the other account. Once the account has been reinstated, submit an appeal in your account stating that the other account has been reinstated.
- If you hired a third party to manage your account, provide a contract and termination letter, proof of payment such as a bank statement or a credit card statement with an explanation in your appeal.
- Show proof that you have no association with the other account.
