Getida? Helium10? Jungle Scount? Which companies do you use to help manager your small business? (<$200k in sales)
This isn't my full time job and I can't keep track of everything. So, I've considered some of these outside vendors. We're not a huge business, so spending a lot on software will eat into my profits but I'm willing to do it IF I think it has value.
What do you use?
Thanks!
Shari

Third party apps are a waste of resources unless they are required for your business model

The answer will be dependent on what your goals are. What would you like to "off load" to a 3rd party?

I agree with the others. I do use one outside company because it tracks my inventory across multiple sites that I sell on.
I pay Ordoro about $300/month to keep tabs of about 4000+ items across several sites (including Amazon and eBay) so that I don't oversell something and have to cancel stuff.
It generally works very well and I'm hoping to integrate with another couple sites shortly with it.

Hello @Seller_Z3DsC8De3iBmx
Thank you for posting to the Forums.
Although I am not able to provide insight regarding third party applications, I am enjoying reading the contributions and suggestions from other members of the community.

I personally have not found most 3rd party platforms very helpful. The sales report and product research tools are kind of neat but I've found I can get all that data from Amazon. I tried using a 3rd party for advertising and it was a mess.
Generally, I find that many of the services designed for very small businesses / small businesses use predatory marketing. They try to tell you that you need an expert. You probably don't!
*I use an SAAS for review automation and I also use Refunds Manager for lost inventory, etc.
** I found the Ledger Gurus on YouTube Amazing and feel like my accounting is better because of their videos. I'd highly recommend checking them out to anyone looking to improve their accounting.

Sellerboard is good for this. Keeps tracks of expenses, fees, profits, sales, inventory, margins, returns, etc.
Pretty cheap and simple dashboard.

While most of those tools are useless, you do want to consider a good reimbursement partner, especially if you do FBA. Have a look at Legacy Seller. From my experience, they bring back more reimbursements than any other provider, and no cost up front. You just pay a small percentage of what they bring back!

If the strap saver is your only item you dont need any additional software.
You do need to provide better value. Drop the single item and sell them as a multipack, 2 or 4 pack or more depending on what the customer wants.
Read the reviews and make improvements to your product accordingly.
Send the customers disappointed by one getting one a multipack for free.
