Appeal for Inactive Listings – Supporting Documentation Submitted But keep getting automated responses

ASINs:

B0C69WH9FR

B0CQRQW7CX

Issue:

Listings have been marked as “inactive” due to being incorrectly classified as medicinal products.

Explanation / Plan of Action:

These products are cosmetic, not medicinal. I have submitted all required documentation to prove compliance with UK and EU cosmetic regulations. Despite this, I have only received an automated message stating:

“Your listing does not meet our standards.”

Actions Taken / Supporting Documentation Submitted:

To support compliance and clarify the nature of the product, I have submitted the following:

Screenshot from the UK Government website confirming zinc oxide is allowed up to 25% for cosmetic use

CPSR (Cosmetic Product Safety Report)

Safety Data Sheet (SDS)

CPNP registration

Certificate of Analysis

Independent laboratory analysis report

Screenshot showing the same product listed on Amazon EU marketplaces

Product labelling with LOT number clearly visible

Screenshot from SCPN (Submit Cosmetic Product Notification)

Request:

Kindly review the documentation and reclassify the products appropriately so that the listings can be reactivated.

Regards
