Buy shipping on amazon.ca is currently only available for Sellers shipping from China. You will have to make your own arrangements to ship, and then confirm the shipping information on your buyer's order to get paid. Make sure to pick a shipper that can deliver in the time period that amazon gives for the order.
If you can't find a delivery company that can deliver on time (or for a cost less than your sale) consider cancelling the purchase.

However, I cannot use the Buy Shipping option.
If you "clicked on the link below", it would take you to the page that Buy shipping only works for China to Canada and Canada to USA shipments. There is no Amazon partnered buy shipping for Turkey to Canada Shipments.
How will I send my cargo?
You'll have to utilize one of the Amazon integrated tracking shipping companies and pay for shipping and upload your tracking number to the order.
