The buyer left a product review in the seller's feedback, and Amazon refuses to remove it. I receive the same response each time: "We’re unable to remove this feedback because the feedback for order doesn't meet our guidelines for suppression. "

I have reviewed your orders and the feedback in each of them. Please know that feedback for the orders ending in 5831 and 5440 cannot be removed as they're not eligible for removal as per our policy.
However, I was able to request the removal to our specialist team for the order ending in 8614, and it was eligible for removal.
