Can't list items. Can't get approval to sell items I had approval for already.
I've been selling books and media on Amazon for about 15 years, FBA for about 10. I went to list items I've sold before, that I was approved to sell, and all of a sudden I'm gated for 95% of the products I normally sell. The error says approval needed, but it won't let me request approval (the button is grayed out). I have items I sent to FBA FC (that were approved when I listed and shipped them) and now some of them are not approved and I have to request them back. My account health has no issues and I haven't had any warnings of anything. I've spoke to seller support a few times and basically getting a "we're not accepting applications for those items" script and can't tell me if I did some sort of violation or anything I can remedy. I know newer sellers that have no issues listing the same products. I've looked through the forums, but not seeing a lot of my situation. I'd love to hear if anyone had a similar experience and if they were able to be ungated after a time?

Thank you for reaching out with your concerns with products you were previously able to sell requiring approval. Amazon my place new restrictions that require approval to sell however, in some instances, we may not accept applications for review. I'm sorry for any difficulties this creates. This does not mean your account did anything to violate amazon policies. If you haven't received a performance notification related to the product this generally means the product restrictions have been updated. Thank you for your understanding.
