The vine program reviews have been continuously lost, from 10 reviews to only 4. I contacted customer service and they kept asking me to contact the community, but the community has not responded. We are a new store that has been in operation for two months. The vine program reviews are very important to us. Please help me. How can I get the lost reviews back? I really have no other choice. I am even more afraid that the remaining 4 reviews will be lost one after another. Can anyone help me?

Not your issue but I wanted to leave this here... VINE reviews can be deleted by the person who left them. About 10 years ago I was a VINE reviewer. I received a lot of books and even a printer once (that I still have!) One day another VINE reviewer?? or someone who couldn't mind their own business looked me up on Ebay and saw that I was selling the books there after I read them (what was I supposed to do... throw them away??) Anyway, they reported me to Amazon and Amazon kicked me out of the VINE program. In a heated moment of anger I deleted EVERY review I had ever put on Amazon. I highly suspect this other VINE reviewer was probably selling on Ebay too and just didn't like the competition.
