Canadian Seller with RBC not being able to receive the ACH transfer.

I see that you may have assisted other sellers with a similar issue. I have a US and Canadian fund account with RBC as I am a Canadian Seller selling on Amazon.com and we have been unable to receive the ACH transfers from Amazon. I have talked with our bank and they have issues me a form which I have filled out and sent into amazon for them to take to amazon's bank and action. Amazons bank needs to process the form that I submitted and then it will allow the transfer to go through. The case has been transferred to a different team within Amazon and I have not hear anything back form them. Each time the transfer fails, it removed our banking information and says it is not valid. Can you help me with getting this actioned on Amazons end so we can receive our payment?

My name is CR and wanted to hop in here. It sounds like you may have several cases opened with Seller Support, is that correct? Is case #15974652861 the most recent case you have opened with them?
