Amazon Lost My Inventory!!
I recently send inventory to amazon and the items were shown as received and there were preorders.
Now suddenly the received inventory of three ASINs is gone to 0. It seems they lost the inventory. They closed the shipment last week.
Its not been a month and a half and we are losing sales and all the ad spent is going to waste.
Its very annoying how long it took and then amazon just changed all received inventory to 0 and also it was on the way to one fulfilment center and never reached FC.
Any mod that can escalate the case ??
