Amazon is asking me for a product certificate for children's toys but my products are not toys.
They are asking me for a CPC for baby toys but my products are BABY CLOTHING which has the CPC and lab tests which I have already sent them but they keep telling me that my CPC is wrong because it does not have the test that confirms that their product was successfully tested according to mechanical/physical standards, of course it does not have it because it is not a toy.

You're probably going to have to email the executive seller relations team (jeff@amazon.com) on this one and cite your failed case numbers.
I have had zero luck getting the AI robots to understand that items aren't as they categorized them and have had to get humans involved.

@SEAmod please help me, my product is baby clothing and not a toy, and they are asking me for proof of compliance with mechanical/physical standards that are specifically intended for toys, such as ASTM F963-1 and they are telling me that if I don't submit it they will remove my listings.
