Lost Inventory
I have encountered several instances of inventory loss, including:
34 units lost in one shipment.
20 units lost in another shipment.
Recently, I sent 188 units in one shipment, including one ASIN with 145 units, all of which Amazon received and I successfully sold. However, the inventory count suddenly dropped to 0, and Amazon claimed they did not receive the units, despite my confidence in the accuracy of my shipment.
In each case, Amazon initially confirmed the receipt of my inventory, only to later report that the box was empty or that the units were not received. I am concerned that this pattern will repeat, and I will receive a notification stating that the investigation is completed, with no resolution to my inventory loss.
I kindly request your guidance and suggestions on addressing this ongoing issue. I am willing to provide any necessary documentation, including invoices, Video records before sending to Amazon, and shipping records, to support my case.
