Issues with AGL when creating shipment. Keeps timing out and then grays out the submit box

We've done a couple of AGL shipments so far, but we can't get this current shipment to go through when submitting it. It's a larger LCL shipment with 30,000 units and 1,023 boxes.

Everything is submitted and checked for the shipment. No errors come up, but when I click "ACCEPT CHARGES AND CONFIRM SHIPPING" it just cycles and eventually times out and says error, please reload and try again. I reload and the box to click "ACCEPT CHARGES AND CONFIRM SHIPPING" is now grayed out an unclickable.

It won't let me update the shipment anywhere and everything is grayed out and unclickable.

I contacted Seller Support and they keep giving me "it's under investigation" rote email. It's been 2 weeks now and we still have our shipment sitting overseas ready to get picked up by AGL and no solution offered.

I tried deleting the shipment and starting all over and the exact same thing happened. Tried it on a different browser as well and same results.

Seller Central can't get me in direct contact with AGL to talk with someone on the phone. This is driving me crazy and now our shipment is 2 weeks behind. We may have to use our old freight company and send it to our warehouse, then repack to send to FBA, which is a colossal waste of time and money.

Has this happened to anyone else using AGL?

Any fixes that you found.?

I'm wondering if this was a temporary issue, or if it's still ongoing - have you been able to create this shipment? Let me know the Seller Support case number you have and I can reach out to a contact within the AGL team.

I have received no help from AGL on this or Seller Support.

I've tried multiple different shipments with AGL and it gives me the same ERROR TRY AGAIN when I try to accept charges and confirm shipping. There are no other errors or red flag warnings anywhere else. When I click the confirm button it cycles for about 2 minutes, then says error and try again.

I tired halving the shipment so it sent 15,000 units each instead of 30,000 units. Same issue occurred. I tried making a 5,000 units AGL shipment. Same issue.

Something is not working properly and my case with Seller Support has been pending for over 1 month.

I give up!!!

We will just ship it to our warehouse instead using our own freight company, then send to to FBA from here. It will cost us an extra $5,000 in shipping and placement fees. But we can't have the product sitting in our factory in China while we get zero response from Seller Support and AGL.

This has been a truly awful experience and cost us money, time, and sales.

I keep getting emails to use AGL, but there's zero support for it.

Copy - that was the case I provided to my AGL contact. I'm not able to access their cases, but based on your response it sounds like work is still being done on the back-end to resolve this. I recommend continuing to press for an answer there, as they are continuing to work through the issue.

I understand the frustration this has caused - my apologies!
