Invoice Keeps Getting Rejected

Hello, I am having an issue getting approved to sell a brand. I purchase directly from the manufacturer, they provided me a purchase invoice and I have submitted this to amazon. However I keep getting declined. I have went through all the requirements, double, triple checked. Everything checks out. Yet I continue to get rejected. I have called amazon, I have spoke to reps and of course they are not able to help out, I have gotten another invoice from the manufacturer, tried that. Still not working. I am so very frustrated and I feel so defeated. There is no one to help when you call. And when I respond to case log, I get the same canned response. They have never provided a reason as to why it keeps getting rejected. No one can help me when I call. And this is not the first item I am selling, I have items on amazon right now, but I don't know what else to do. If someone can please help me figure this out. I honestly have no idea what else I can do. This isn't even a large brand, its a small brand, I am actually already selling some of there other varieties that did not need an invoice for approval. I would appreciate any input. Thanks

Copies of invoices, receipts or other similar documents that demonstrate where your products are produced or manufactured

You invoice should include

• detailed list of products (at least 10 per item, Product name, model number or UPC that can be verified online)) ,

• terms of sale (net30/net60/cash..)

• must be by the brand itself or a brand authorized distributor (not a retail store for the general public, not some back door pallet seller wanna be distributor )***

• your full business name and address, as entered in seller central

• a COMPLETED transaction ( order shipped),

• suppliers full name and contact details, (e-mail, phone or both)

• Should reflect the sales volume of your product across all Amazon marketplaces in the last 365 days

• Should demonstrate your product’s full supply chain

***Should include contact information for the supplier(s) and the original manufacturer. We may contact suppliers or manufacturers to verify the documents

Your documents should be able to trace your products to the original manufacturer even if you did not purchase them directly from the original manufacturer. This may require requesting additional invoices or supply chain documentation from your supplier if you are not sourcing directly from the manufacturer.

Also,

adding a LOA can't hurt

Hi @Seller_E0g0w5d6YkGV2,

Steve from Amazon here, thank you for the post. For certain products, brands, categories, and sub-categories, we require sellers to obtain approval before listing products. The approval process may include document requests, performance checks, and other qualifications.

For certain restrictions, Amazon requires sellers to submit an application through Seller Central for review. If your request is approved, you will be able to list the product. However, we may not accept applications for every product we place selling restrictions on.

Please review this resource for more information on products that require approval. There are some helpful videos on this process in that resources as well. Ultimately, the decision is made by the review team when you submit an application.

Thanks,

Steve
