ASIN was removed via ASIN creation policy without any notice
I discovered that most product listings in my store were showing the message "Detail Page Removed."
Here are the key points of my situation:
- I have not received any emails or performance notifications regarding this issue.
- My account health and status pages show everything as normal, with no indications of any problems.
- There is no available appeal path provided for this situation.
When I contacted Seller Support, they were unable to provide a specific reason for the issue. They only mentioned that the ASINs were deleted due to a violation of the ASIN creation policy, which I firmly believe we have not violated.
The Seller Support case ID related to this issue is 15053312621.
Given these circumstances, I am at a loss for how to proceed and urgently need assistance from an Amazon manager who can look into this matter more deeply and help resolve it.
