Amazon is doing Unjustice with sellers

Recently we created our amazon account and amazon charged us $39.99 Monthly Subscription Fee which I know is the Fee of Professional Selling Plan but there is a rule if a seller do not have any active listing amazon will refund the charged amount. So we opened a case to get refund of that charged amount amazon deactivated our account and asked for a video call verification. We entered to a video call verification and provided all the required documents and answered all of their questions . After Waiting for 5 Days we received an email stating that our account is used in fraudulent , Illegal or deceptive activities. So I am Wondering how they claims that our account is used in fraudulent activities. I think they are just charge fees from sellers and when they ask for their rights amazon Puts their accounts in Fraudulent activities and makes them silent.

Very unfair with me and other sellers as well
