701-7246150-2915463 A'TO'Z Product fee not refunded to me even though I was right

In my order numbered 701-7246150-2915463, my customer notified us with a message stating that he did not receive the product. However, without giving us a chance to investigate whether the product was delivered or not, he made a request from A to Z.

The product was delivered on Monday, April 7, 2025. My customer reached out to me on April 13, 2025 at 14:16 saying that he did not receive the product and reached me exactly 6 days after this date.

In the system we have set up, we send you an automatic message immediately after the product is delivered and ask if you will evaluate us.

When we send an automatic message here, our customer's message reception is disabled, then 6 days after the product is delivered, our customer writes the message "Hello, the product was left in front of my door while I was away, when I returned, it was not there".

He knows that the product was left in front of his door and sends a message saying where the product is and here he refutes his own claim.

By sharing the image of the product being delivered to us, we are sending a message and our customer is both receiving the product and receiving the product fee, which violates Amazon policies and here my ODR is not affected and the product fee is collected from the customer.

They stated that they would review the product fee and get back to me, but the product fee was not refunded to me.

I am sharing these images with you here, please refund the amount withdrawn from my account and make a fair decision.
