Can not get my tax information

this is so frustrating. My account is inactive. when I log in and verify my card payments, it still says I’m in active. I no longer want to sell but simply trying to get my tax information for 2024. I can’t even call support bc it just keeps saying I’m inactive. Do better Amazon.

Thank you for your post. My apologies on the frustration this has caused. In regards to your tax statement Amazon will mail you a a form based on the address in Seller Central for your account. You can view more information on taxes HERE.

In regards to the banking information to reactivate your account, we have received word that Amazon is experiencing some errors and issues with this. I would suggest opening a seller support case and providing the case ID in this thread.

I will be able to review and escalate if need be.
