Ad Sales and Ad Impressions data not displaying on Seller Central dashboard

I've published my first product listing in December and started running PPC campaigns shortly afterwards. It's been two months now and the "Ad Sales" and "Ad Impressions" tiles on the Seller Central dashboard still show no data. So there's no "quick view" of the information, in order to see that data I have to go to Campaign Manager on the Amazon Ads site. Is there something I need to do to get the data to display on Seller Central, am I missing something?

I've opened a few cases about it, but keep getting bounced back and forth between Amazon Seller Support and Amazon Ads Support with both saying it's an issue for the other department. My latest open case ID is 14872410121.
