Amazon lost my entire shipment
We sent to YVR3 50 boxes of projector screens (each box is 8ft long) by Amazon partner UPS. We have been doing this in the last 10 years with no problems.
These boxes were successfully delivered on May 7th, 2024. The shipment was closed with 0 unit received on June 13th. We filed a case (case# 15441348941) on June 13th however as of today July 6th, 2024, we only get multiple automatic responses from the system that they are doing the investigation.
There are total 50 boxes (100 units). Each box is 8ft long. We have sent multiple emails with the pic of the boxes. It's really hard to believe that they can miss the boxes like this size. The entire shipment worth $30,000.
