Problem with FBA seller not receiving Buy Box
Hello everyone, I am both an FBA and FBM seller on Amazon. Among the products I recently sent to the Amazon warehouse, 3 products did not give me a buy box. I am an FBA seller for these products.
Shouldn't I buy it automatically as stated on Amazon below?
"If you are a Fulfilment by Amazon (FBA) seller, your FBA new offers are automatically eligible to win the Buy Box."
Has anyone experienced this situation or what should I do? Can you help me?

It means you are now eligible to win, but it doesn't automatically guarantee you win.
There's a difference between "eligible" and "guarantee"
It is very possible that while you are now eligible, you don't fully meet the requirements yet for a buy box on those 3 listings.

FBA doesnt guarrantee BUYBOX eligibility, if you price is higher than so called external comeptitvie price

You and ALL of Amazon's FBA sellers have that same (stated) privilege -- including your competitors.
To avoid (future) disappointment, keep in mind your FBA competitors may also have an excellent ODR, but all it might take to win the BB (over you) is that they've been selling a lot longer than you, and have much more inventory than you -- 2 things you have no control over.
Sit tight, maintain an excellent ODR, keep adding inventory, and the BB may come to you. Good luck.
