Amazon warehouse refused my package
I sent a small package and it was refused, even though it met all the conditions. I opened a case about it, but they didn't tell me why. Can anyone help me?

Which carrier did you use? Do they have delivery appointments with Amazon? Was the freight and duties and taxes prepaid?

I am not sure my previous experience is similar to yours or not. Amazon (FBA, using UPS) guided me to ship a package to a warehouse, but they refused to accept it at that warehouse. Amazon turned the direction of the shipping, using UPS to ship the package to another warehouse. It was delivered and received in the second warehouse.
