Can I set up two shipping templates for the Same SKU, one for PRIMI and one for non prime?
Is it possible to assign two separate shipping templates, one for Prime and another for non-Prime, to the same SKU? Or do we need to create a new SKU and assign a separate shipping template for Prime and non-Prime? Do you have any suggestions on how to approach this?

You need to have two different SKUs....one for FBA and one for FBM. You can't set a shipping template for the FBA item -- that's all up to Amazon. You can create a shipping template for the FBM item.
