Amazon support powered by bots? They dont read
Is Amazon support powered by bots? I dont know how anyone even gets an account created let alone a product listing. It’s funny its easy to create an account with little hurdles up to the point where you pay for professional account, then after that you’re stuck with bots ignoring all your questions despite providing 100% PROOF of the issue and it’s just repaste.
Why call it a professional account when youre treated as if youre nothing?
Why even have a support team if youre not going to support?
Why say the case will be reviewed after multiple denies to come back with the same copypaste result?
My cases for AU and US markets keep re-hashing the EXACT SAME words with different names! Then it gets closed. Then I reopen with more evidence. Then it has the same comment. Then closed. Then I reopen, then BEG for manual review, they escalate internally. Then comes back SAME comment as if someone random is walking along picks up the support case without reading anything and applies the generic L1 response.
Pro advice Amazon: Get open ai integrated for support, your customers will thank you, and youll save money on paying other countries “walls” for copying and pasting (cant call them support theyre not supporting, cant call them responders either theyre not responding, cant call them people, clearly theyre not reading or understanding - theyre just a wall inbetween your issue and a fix). Chat Gpt will also understand when there is errors and provide non generic pasting.
