Unexplained Charge After Long Inactivity on Seller Account
Hello,
I received an email from Amazon Services stating that $39.24 was charged to my credit card to settle my seller account balance. The email also mentioned that if the full balance isn’t covered, more charges may follow.
I haven’t used my Amazon seller account for over a year, and when I logged in to check, I couldn’t find any outstanding invoices or balance details. I’m unsure why I was charged and how to resolve this.
Can anyone advise on how to check my balance, locate invoices, or stop these charges?
Thanks for your help!

Don't you see anything in the "Payments" tab under "Transaction View"?

Hello @Seller_4jvGKA87K4ttk
Thanks for reaching out to Amazon Forums. Your account is professional, which implies a monthly fee. Unless you're selling on Amazon, I will recommend downgrading to individual. Regarding the details of the charges, you can go to the Seller Central menu > payments > payments > transaction view. The amount charged corresponds to the subscription fee of your professional account.
If you wish to downgrade, you can see more information here about switching to an individual selling plan.
In case you have additional questions, you can contact our seller support team.
Regards,
Nano
